Is there parking on site?

Yes! There is a free parking lot located right in front of our yoga studio, making it easy and convenient for you to visit without worrying about parking.

What is the minimum age to participate?

The minimum age to participate is 7 years old. We kindly ask that parents ensure their child can calmly take part in the yoga session and be respectful of our adorable kitties before booking

Can I participate as a beginner?

Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly, but they’re also perfect for seasoned yoga pros. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a yoga veteran, you’ll enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and kitty cuddles.

How can I find out which kitties will be at the class?

We share our Kitty of the Week on our Instagram and Facebook pages! You can also join the fun by playing Guess the Kitty on our Instagram story for a chance to win a free class to meet them!

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Nope! We've got you covered. We provide all the yoga mats to ensure our adorable kitties don’t accidentally scratch your personal mat and to make our classes accessible to everyone; even if you don’t regularly practice yoga.

Which shelters do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with various shelters to support rescue cats, and the specific shelters we donate to will be announced on our Instagram during our Rescue Cat Kitty Yoga sessions. Follow us to stay updated on our partnerships and the adorable cats looking for their forever homes!

Where do the kittens go when they grow up?

As much as we'd love to keep the kittens with us all the time, they return to their homes after each class! They come to Kitty Yoga to socialise and prepare for their fur-ever families, finding loving homes long before they grow into adult cats.

Why not parter with shelters every week?

Shelters can’t afford to lose resources at Kitty Yoga. They need volunteers and employees to stay focused on shelter-related activities at all times. The cats at the shelters have also never met, and introducing them suddenly could cause anxiety. Additionally, since veterinary care is already expensive, some cats may have undiagnosed illnesses that could unintentionally spread to others if they interact.

That being said, we remain committed to supporting shelter cats in a safe and responsible way. Every month, we will continue working on healthy and controlled ways to bring shelter kitties together and help them find loving homes through our adoption-friendly initiatives!

Where do the kittens come from?

We collaborate with ethical and TICA-registered breeders, ensuring that every kitten who joins Kitty Yoga comes from a loving and responsible home. Additionally, we work with reputable animal shelters and rescue organisations to support adoption efforts and help cats find their fur-ever families. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where both kittens and people can benefit, while always prioritising the well-being of the cats we welcome.
